Data collection

We do not collect personal data from visitors to the site, whether directly or by automatic means. The website makes no use of cookies, tracking or analytics for marketing or advertising.

The hosting provider will record some basic technical information like IP address, browser type and access time for operation and security. It is not employed to put a name to a visitor.

Communication by email

[email protected] is the sole means of contact with us.

Any information we are given on a voluntary basis, be it names, briefs, drafts or documents attached to an email, is considered confidential. We put it to use only to evaluate the request or to perform an engagement we have put in writing.

Use of data

What you provide is not for our marketing or advertising. Nor is it sold, rented or put in the hands of third parties for commercial ends.

Client privacy and documents

Client privacy is not negotiable; it is a professional commitment. We will not put out the names of the agencies we are working for or their clients, nor the nature of the work or any such details. Under no circumstances is this used for promotion or marketing. We do not market our clients' trust in us.

Storage and deletion

After delivery we retain briefs, correspondence, drafts and files for 90 days to allow for any revisions or follow-up. They are deleted after that unless the client puts in a written request for us to hold on to them.

Legal disclosure

A binding court order or legal obligation may require us to disclose some information, but only as much as is needed to comply.

Your rights

To have us tell you what we have on file or to ask for the deletion of your information, write to [email protected].
